From the Knees: Countering the Collar Tie

We’ve had some requests to cover what to do from your knees, so here you go!

Most of the things you do from your feet are the same as from your knees, there is just less impact on the takedown, so starting from the knees is safer.  Here we cover countering one of the most popular submission wrestling controls: the collar tie.
