A lot of people are talking about the match between Andre Galvao and Buchecha in the 2013 Pan Ams.  It was great, but I enjoyed the ending to the match between Clark Gracie (“Mr. Uma Plata”) and Marcelo “Lapela” Mafra.  The end of the match starts around the 12:00 mark, where Clark is down by 2 points.
