BJJ Beginners: What To Do From Your Knees

Many Jiu-Jitsu schools start matches from their knees because there are less injuries and because they take a lot less room than matches that start from standing.

Most of the takedowns that can be done from standing can be done from the knees, but they’re a little different. ┬áThese two techniques are a great start to having a solid gameplan for starting your matches.
