Robert Drysdale is easily one of the top grapplers in the world. He’s a multi-time world champion that can teach just as well as he competes which is rare. He has a real knack for simplifying BJJ while still keeping the details that matter.
In this video he is teaching the proper way to finish a north south choke. He makes it very clear how important it is to back up and drop your weight as you attempt the choke.
